Because sponsorship packages can include tickets, exhibit space, recognition and other benefits, the deductible charitable portion, if any, is generally limited to the amount paid in excess of the fair-market value of goods or services received. No. Sponsorship indicates support for the event and GFPC’s charitable education mission. It does not constitute endorsement of a sponsor’s organization, products, services or claims.

Participation is not guaranteed and depends on qualifications, program needs, topic relevance, conflict-of-interest review and GFPC editorial approval. Promotional presentations are not permitted in the educational program.
Yes. A sponsor may decline exhibit space or event admissions. Declining a benefit does not automatically establish or increase the tax-deductible amount; GFPC will provide an acknowledgment based on the final arrangement.
GFPC will consider relevant in-kind support based on event needs. Recognition is determined by the documented fair-market value and usefulness of the contribution, subject to GFPC approval.
Approved sponsors must submit their logo, organization description and other requested materials by [CONFIRM: MATERIALS DEADLINE]. Recognition may be limited when materials or payment are received after production deadlines.
Submit the sponsorship inquiry form. After GFPC confirms availability and mission alignment, the partnership is secured through a signed agreement and payment according to the agreement’s terms.
